Paul Jackman
- Highland, Border and Northumbrian Bagpipes; Melodeon, Flute, Whistle and
Drum.
Paul has played for
Ceilidhs and Irish music sessions for over 25 years, often playing with
Norm and Dave. He is the bands lead instrumentalist and contact. He fell into folk music accidentally when, in his 30's, out of curiosity only, he went with a friend to listen to a Pipe band practising; and it all got a bit out of control! He also plays the Highland Pipes solo for weddings, parties and funerals; for details, see below.

Norman Bellamy
- Rhythm Guitar and Bodhran.
Norm' started off playing in London rock bands in the late 1950's - early 1960's. On moving to Devon he discovered folk music and hasn't been the same since! He has enjoyed playing in ceilidh bands and Irish music sessions for over 20 years.
Norm comes from a musical dynasty including brother George with
The Tornadoes in the 1950's; and nephew Matt in Muse.
He is also the bands comedian.

David Sinnot
- Bass Guitar.
Another band member with a misspent youth playing in rock bands; this time in
Devon. His Bass skills easily transferred to Barndance bands and he has played for over 25 years with local bands; including running his own bands, and has often met up with the rest of the band members in Irish pub
sessions. He plays in the 'naughty corner', with Norm', when playing with Piping Hot as the pair of them can often be seen rolling with laughter at the slightest provocation!!

Roxy
Llewellyn-Porter
- Violin.
Born & brought up in Wales, Roxy speaks Welsh fluently. She
played the violin at school& then toured Europe with a Welsh
folk group, playing at festivals. She then went to Trinity Music
College, London where she gained a BMus(Hons). She has played
professionally in orchestras, but now, as a Mother, has given up
the travelling & teaches violin at local schools, plays in a
classical trio & also with us. We are very grateful for her
arrival in the band as Norm was the best we could manage for
youth, good looks & talent until she arrived! She keeps us all
in check when we get too rowdy!
